Soda Scones

Rub smoothly together nearly:

• 1 tsp Carbonate of soda
• 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

Mix it with 1 lb of flour and enough buttermilk to make a nice light dough. Cut into shapes and bake.
