Royal College Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pt New milk
  • 6 ozs Flour 
  • 6 ozs Sugar
  • 6 ozs Butter
  • 6ozs Currants
  • 6 Eggs
  • Brandy and grated nutmeg to taste

Method

Mix the flour to a smooth batter with the milk add the remaining ingredients gradually and when well mixed put it into 4 (? bapsins) or moulds half full. Boil 3/4 hour, turn the pudding out on a dish and serve with (?wine) sauce.
