Rhubarb and Orange Jam
Ingredients
- 2 lb Rhubarb
- 3 Oranges
- 3 lb **** sugar
Method
Cut the oranges up very fine. Clean the rhubarb and cut into short lengths. Put the oranges and rhubarb into a pan. Bring slowly to the boil then add the sugar. Stir until it has dissolved . Boil until it thickens. Put into warm jars.
Always cut the oranges in halves and squeeze the juice out first.
