Paradise Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 6 Apples
- 6 ozs Bread crumbs
- 6 ozs Sugar
- 1 glass Brandy
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- A little nutmeg
Method
Peel half a lemon and cut it thin, peel and mince the apples and mix with the sugar and breadcrumbs, the lemon peel, salt and the nutmeg. Beat the eggs and add them. Stir in the brandy. Boil it in a well buttered mould for 3 hours, serve with wine sauce.
