Mock Cream
Ingredients
- 1 oz Marge
- 2 oz Sugar
- Dried milk
- 3 dip Boiling Water
Method
Boil Water, Marge and sugar together until it is of the desired thickness. Remember it will thicken like custard when cold. Finally add flavouring or colouring. If dried milk is not obtainable cream can be made with 1oz marge and 2oz icing sugar creamed together. Beat in a little top of milk drop by drop till the whole is the consistency of whipped cream.
