Lemon Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 6 Lemons
- 6 Eggs
- 1 lb Lump sugar
- 6 ozs Butter
Method
Grate 4 lemons, add the juice of 6, the yolk of 6 eggs, the white of 2 eggs and mix thoroughly. Put all in a jug. Place the jug in a saucepan of boiling water and stir it until the mixture is a thick paste. When cold cover closely. It will keep a fortnight.
