Golden Cones

Take 1 pt of calf’s foot jelly, the yolks of 4 hard boiled eggs. Pounded very fine with the juice of an orange and 2 ozs of pounded sugar. When the jelly is warm put it in and keep on stirring the whole time until it is cold and grows as thick as cream then put it in jelly glasses. The next day turn out the cone on to a dish and surround them with preserve fruits of any description.
