Method
Beat 4ozs of butter and 4 ozs of powdered sugar to a cream. Add 4 eggs, one at a time and 4 ozs of crushed stale spongecake, 2 ozs of fine chopped peel, 4 ozs of dried cherries and a small glass of Noyeau.
