Chocolate Pudding
Fill Half a pie dish with bread crumbs soaked in boiling milk with the yolk of two eggs and sugar flavouring added. Cook in a slow oven for half an hour then add enough thick chocolate sauce to almost fill the dish. When a skin base is formed or 10 minutes before the pudding is wanted beat the whites of the eggs to a stiff froth with castor sugar. Pour on top of chocolate and brown for 5 minutes.
