Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 3 lemons the rind of grated and the juice of the 3. 
• 3/4 lb sugar 
• 6 ozs butter
• 6 Eggs take out 3 whites

Method

Put the butter and the sugar to dissolved then the juice of the lemons and then the rind. Be sure that the sugar is dissolved before you add the eggs. Beat them well. Stir it well when the eggs are in. Take it off the fire before adding the eggs and let it cool  a little else the eggs will go stringy.
