Canary Pudding

Ingredients

  • The weight of 3 eggs in flour, the same in sugar and butter.
  • The rind of 1 small lemon.
  • 3 Eggs

Method

Melt the butter to a liquid, add the sugar and grated lemon rind and gradually dread in flour keeping the mixture well stirred. Whisk eggs , add them to pudding, beat all ingredients until thoroughly blended and put them into a buttered basin and boil for 2 hours. Serve with sweet sauce.
