Baked Cucumbers

Take as many cucumbers as required and cut each in half. Then cut each half lengthways but do not peel them. Scoop out the middle pulp and chop it. Add a well beaten eg, a cupful of breadcrumbs and  seasoning to taste. Fill the cucumber case with this and bake for 4 to 5 minutes in a moderate oven.
