Arrowroot Cream
Ingredients
- 1 oz Arrowroot
- 3 ozs Sugar
- 1 Egg, the yolk of
- A little lemon peel
- A little cinnamon
Method
Mix the arrowroot with a little milk to a smooth paste. Boil the rest of the milk, putting in the sugar and the flavouring. Pour boiling over the arrowroot keeping it well stirred till nearly cold. then put it custard glasses.
